Terrible thing to see. I hate to see this at any track and with a track that size and all the expense associated with it it has to be a true hardship not being able to operate.

Does anybody have an update to how high the water has gotten since Saturday...
if u do please feel everyone in...

Unfortunately, that's what we might be facing for the near future. The Corps of Engineers needs to take the pressure off of upstream reservoirs and they're doing that by dumping more water into the Missouri from them. They have to strike a critical balance between flooding too much area and not releasing enough water and having one of those reservoirs have their dam break.

I know it sucks for us racing fans and racers, but they have to deal with it -- the option of not dealing with it and having a reservoir drained completely would be more devastating than 1993 ever thought of being.
