Hey bull, I wont! Dont you think it would be foolish to place all the equipement and people in an area with ONE route out, I have no idea how long it would take the water to get from the river to the track but I thought I might be a valid concern for everyone! Sorry to worry about peoples well being

I hope that a miracle happens and the water stays away, but It dont look good

Watcher, I agree with you. I love Lakeside, but Safety is always number one.

Hey! Lets not kick rocks on the place yet. Lets try a little positive thinking and maybe pray as well. I have not had that much fun racing in a while. Lets hope its not too bad so we can get back to racing.!!

F/SDirtman when did you become Nostradamus? Was it Adams County that flooded a couple of years ago and was back within a week or two. How about we see how it plays out and then go from there?

Thanks

Yes, I really dont understand why they cannot back this down a bit and not cause the issues they are. It seems pretty foolish but I do not know all the facts.

Why did they wait so long to start letting water out?? Why so much now? What happens if they where to cut back and take more time to let it out?

Anyone know?

This is samll time!! Why would they put a nuclear plant in jepordy as well as all of us down stream, I think the Talaban has taken over the Amry Corp

Hope it clears up soon and LS can get back to goin. Is it a possabilaty that they could lease Butler out for remainder of the season if needed and carry on with the races? I know its further for every one to pull and also the money issue of havin to lease pay insurance etc,but what we have is a group of racers that in a nut shell will be out of racing at their track for the points and other awards if anything is normally gave and then we have a decent track and facilaty that has prooved this season can be a smooth racey track. Good luck to everyone and be safe

Me, my Dad and my Brother went out their at 10 Am and 50% of the parking lot was flooded and so were the pits. We parked on the terrace hill and seen four port a potty's floating above the water in the Pits! None of the water was on the track at that point. Drove over the River on 435 and the flood waters had reached a person's farmland! Couldn't tell were the river was!
